("Vida"), an AI Agent Operating System for modern businesses, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock"), at a price to the public of $4.00 per share of Common Stock. In connection with the offering, Vida has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of Common Stock, at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Common Stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE American LLC and NYSE Texas, Inc. under the symbol "VIDA" on May 15, 2026, and the offering is expected to close on May 18, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Benchmark Company, LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
